The Walhalla Chapter, NSDAR, hosted the South Carolina State Regent. She gave an information update on her state regent's project, The Liberty Trail, as well as state and national updates. The Museum of the Cherokee in South Carolina presented the chapter with a digitally enhanced copy of the 1777 treaty between South Carolina and the Cherokee. This treaty was the first time the state seal was used. A Walhalla Daughter spearheaded this project for our chapter which was sponsored by our chapter.
